NEW Yoga and Meditation Class with Olga

starts on Monday 17th January 2022

Olga has been teaching yoga for the last 18 years and has been studying with well known, influential yoga teachers from the UK and America. Her style of yoga is influenced by different yoga traditions and combines the traditional yoga with the alignment-based yoga. This creates an inclusive, calming class helping participants to become stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their body and mind. 

Beginners are very welcome!
