Yoga For Wellbeing Eastbourne

Hello, my name is Olga Oakenfold. I have been teaching yoga for the last 20 years and have been studying with well known, influential yoga teachers from the UK and America. My style of yoga is influenced by different yoga traditions and combines the traditional yoga with the alignment-based yoga. This creates an inclusive, calming class helping participants to become stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their body and mind.


I teach a variety of Yoga Classes and Workshops spanning all levels of ability and ages. Yoga classes take place online, at locations around Eastbourne, including Sports Clubs, Yoga Studios, and outdoors in Gildredge Park during the Summer Months. 


I like my students to be inspired and to learn, to be open-minded and to explore all possibilities, to feel the connection between body, mind and breath, to grow and be creative with new ideas.


During Lockdown all my classes were online via Zoom platform and now I continue to teach regular classes and events via Zoom. Also, I have a great collection of recorded classes in my Yoga Video Club
