Yoga workshops list with Olga Oakenfold

Yoga Workshops are designed to deepen your Yoga practice, exploring the asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. I teach yoga inspired by Anusara yoga alignment. During the workshops you will learn how to use breath and mindful alignment in the way you feel safe and supported in your practice as well as support in your mental and emotional health. Workshops are suitable for all levels.

Yoga For Your Back.

 
Yoga Workshop with Olga Oakenfold
 During this yoga workshop you will learn how to use therapeutic alignment of the body to help your back become stronger, more flexible and reduce tension. You will be practicing postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Suitable for beginners.

Flexible Hips.


Yoga Workshop with Olga Oakenfold
We will be focusing on lower back, hips and pelvis. It doesn't matter how flexible you are or where you are starting from, you will leave with the greater feeling of freedom and space. Book soon! Suitable for beginners.
