Yoga And Buddhist Meditation Day By The Sea.

Sunday, 1 July.

Program for a Day:
10am – Welcoming cup of tea.
10.30am – 11.30am – Yoga Asana Practice. Olga Oakenfold will be teaching energizing yoga class including standing postures, forward bends, twists, back bends, variations of “Salutation to The Sun” and balances.
11.30am – 12pm – Introduction to Buddhist Meditation + Meditation Practice with Satyamati Dharmacharini.
12pm – 2pm – Delicious Vegetarian Lunch.
2pm – 3pm – Yoga Asana Practice. Gentle Yoga Practice including simple sequences, hip opening postures, sited postures and restorative asanas.
3pm – 3.30pm - Meditation Practice with Satyamati Dharmacharini.
3.30pm – 4pm – Questions and Answers.

Yoga Workshops are designed to deepen your Yoga practice, exploring the asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. I teach yoga inspired by Anusara yoga alignment. During the workshops you will learn how to use breath and mindful alignment in the way you feel safe and supported in your practice as well as support in your mental and emotional health. Workshops are suitable for all levels.

 During this yoga workshop you will learn how to use therapeutic alignment of the body to help your back become stronger, more flexible and reduce tension. You will be practicing postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Suitable for beginners.

Yoga Workshop with Olga Oakenfold
We will be focusing on lower back, hips and pelvis. It doesn't matter how flexible you are or where you are starting from, you will leave with the greater feeling of freedom and space. Book soon! Suitable for beginners.

Open Heart.


Yoga Workshop with Olga Oakenfold.
We will be focusing on the upper back, neck, shoulders. Expect to practice variety of back bends to create sense of expantion and freedom in your chest centre - Heart Centre(Anahata Chakra). It doesn't matter how flexible you are or where you are starting from, you will leave with the greater feeling of freedom and space. Guided Meditation on Heart Centre at the end of the practice. Book soon! Suitable for beginners.
