Yoga Workshops are designed to deepen your Yoga practice, exploring the asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. I teach yoga inspired by Anusara yoga alignment. During the workshops you will learn how to use breath and mindful alignment in the way you feel safe and supported in your practice as well as support in your mental and emotional health. Workshops are suitable for all levels.

You will be practising postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. During this yoga workshop you will learn how to use therapeutic alignment of the body to help your back become stronger, more flexible and reduce tension. Suitable for beginners.

Ease The Stress. Release The Shoulders
Ease your stress and anxiety with yoga. You will be practising postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Become stronger, more flexible and reduce tension of upper back, shoulders and neck. We will practice restorative postures and Yoga Nidra (long Relaxation) at the end of the practice. Suitable for beginners.
